Seeking a PeopleSoft Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience to implement a prototype of PeopleSoft HCMs ePerformance process and pilot with one to three institutions. The PeopleSoft Project Manager will be responsible for standing up end-to-end business processes in HCM ePerformance to support self-service evaluation management for managers, employees and HR administrators. Representative activities include setting up the system, profiles, approvals/reviews, delegations, workcenter, self-service pages, email notifications, document templates, profiles, permission lists and reports.
The Project Manager will lead the work of a UW Service Center team and is expected to transfer knowledge of ePerformance throughout the engagement.
Services requested: Implement end-to-end business processes in Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM ePerformance module:
Assess and document scope, resources and implementation plan for the project
Design, build, test and deploy an ePerformance prototype
Work with Service Center and UW pilot institutions to extend prototype.
8 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Project Manager.
Experience implementing HR functionality in HCM version 9.2; experience implementing ePerformance highly desirable.
Experience in higher education, K-12, or government sector.
Ability to research and apply policy interpretations.
Strong problem-solving and analytic skill set.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to create project documentation and procedures, clearly and concisely.
Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills.
Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.
Demonstrated experience with:
Developing plans, timelines, and effort estimates.
Meeting deliverable schedule.
Assigning work items to team members/subject matter experts.
Developing test plans, performing/supporting testing efforts, including researching and resolving issues.
Providing input to business processes, user procedures and training materials.
Working with project team members to facilitate issue resolution and completion of deliverables.
Providing accurate and detailed weekly task reports to the Project Sponsor.
