Performance/Paid Media Specialist
Campaign Management & Ops
· Identify, create and implement effective campaigns across all target markets.
· Manage audience targeting, creative, funnel, pricing & testing and optimization.
· Issue campaign and ad set budget recommendations.
· Collaborate with analytics & partners in the production of daily, weekly and monthly paid media reports.
· Collaborate with team members in the production of marketing assets.
· Collaborate with the UX/UI department in designing effective landing pages.
· Identify & create processes to for efficiencies & speed
· Identify & manage tool kit to enhance & drive performance
· Keep pace with and report on industry trends and developments.
· Superior knowledge of Video & Streaming. Linear TV, Terrestrial Radio, Digital & App knowledge a bonus
· Solid understanding of campaign set up, tracking & measurement (digital & offline)
· Experience with OTT/ATV Performance Placements, Targeting, Custom Audiences, Measurement and Lookalike Audiences.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
· Solid performance forecasting & budgeting experience
· Solid tech stack implementation, measurement & optimization skills
