PHARMACEUTICAL VIRTUAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

What you will be doing:
- Educate new and existing physicians and their staff within an assigned territory on the Company’s product for patient care over the phone and through video interaction
- Provide exceptional product and marketplace information that ultimately helps providers identify the best possible product choice
- Focus on generating incremental business within existing accounts, prospecting / selling to new accounts and developing relationships over the phone and through video interaction
- Constantly aware and rapidly responsive to market evolution, healthcare policy changes and competitor strategies impacting Men's Health Landscape
- Identify pharmacy targets through accounts and ensure those pharmacies are contacted and introductions made regarding product stocking, co-pay cards, prior authorizations and any other product information
- Utilize knowledge, critical thinking, and communication skills to deliver meaningful customer experiences
- Anticipate, identify, and appropriately address healthcare professionals (HCP) and staff objections, questions, and concerns, utilizing appropriate resources and information
- May work in partnership with Field-based Key Account Managers and assist with the implementation of strategic plans, implementing action to achieve results that meet or exceed annual sales targets / goals
- Make a minimum number of new customer calls per day, in addition to completion of follow up calls. Effectively manage and prioritize time to complete administrative activities daily
- Identify and investigate customer concerns and communicate with appropriate HCP staff or Client personnel to solve problems in a timely manner
- Remain compliant with all regulations, adhering to all company policies
- Other duties as required
Must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years pharmaceutical inside sales experience preferred
- 2+ years field-based Pharmaceutical Representative will also be considered
- Documented strong selling skills ranking in top 25% of sales force
- Men’s Health product experience a plus
- Strong computer skills utilizing telephone and / or video technology
- Excellent organization and time management skills required
- Highly effective telephone communication skills with the ability to inspire an audience and develop trusted relationships with customers, team members, management, and industry influencers.
