Essential Job Duties:
This position is part of the DELTA Applications Development team. This team designs, tests, modifies and retrofits software used by DELTA’s internal and external clients. This position will have a primary focus on developing integrations and automating processes with proprietary tools that are part of the DELTA supported learning technology suite. In addition, you may do development related to other tools in the learning technology suite or our collection of administrative tools. One area of integrations is our content capture system, Mediasite. Other integrations could involve our identity management system, Windows Active Directory, Google G-Suite, and/or ServiceNow. Development work will include: • Review new integration and automation requests determine to the likelihood of successful implementation. • Provide ongoing development support for existing Mediasite integrations. • Support the integration and automation between Mediasite and the other learning technologies systems. • Develop tools for use by various audiences: application admins, technical support, faculty/instructional support. • Working with our support partners to ensure they have the tools to complete their work. • Work with other IT staff on campus to develop integrations with systems they manage. • Develop tools using provided APIs. • Develop APIs to allow for integration with our tools.

Bachelor's degree with nine credit hours in programming and one year of experience in business application consulting or development; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

- Prefer 2-3 years programming experience and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. - Previous experience with content capture tools like Sonic Foundry Mediasite.
