• Provide treatment per facility, professional, and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Home Health
• Start Date: 09/14/20
• Guaranteed Hours: 40
• 5-6 visits per day, 25-30 a week expected
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Job Duration: 15 weeks
• Near Tulsa, Oklahoma

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist / Therapy (PT)

• A graduate of an accredited school program
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
• Basic Life Support CPR certification will be required
• Open to all levels of experience - prefers 1+ yrs exp 
• OK license or Compact Eligible
