: Responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts focusing on physicians, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners in the hospital s service areas (collectively, Physicians) to best retain the services of providers who predominantly choose to provide services at Tenet facilities. The position primarily focuses on resolution of Physician concerns related to hospital operations with the goal of continued selection of our services by Physicians due to our high standards for clinical quality and service. The position may also focus on rolling out key new initiatives in a market that may not be growth oriented but require high physician involvement. Work to be performed in compliance with the Company s Standards of Conduct and policies and procedures, particularly those involving referral source arrangements

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience required. Masters degree in Business or Healthcare preferred.
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field such as physician relations, network development, medically-related sales, or a customer service role in a company with a robust ethics and compliance program.
Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to travel % of time.
