The Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery of the WVU School of Medicine, and the WVU Heart and Vascular Instituteare actively recruiting a board certified/eligible vascular surgeon. In addition to providing patient care, the successful candidate will be involved in the teaching of medical students and fellows. Opportunities also exist in clinical research.

Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalent) and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license at the time of employment. Candidates must be BE/BC in vascular surgery. Experience in academic medicine preferred witha commitment to a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to cardiac care. For appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor rank, a demonstrated track-record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and publications in high-impact journals are required. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
