About the Job
Looking for an experienced pizza cook, preferably one that has experience working with a coal fired grill. We have New York-style pizza cooked in coal-fired pizza oven. We prepare hand toss pizza crust and make the dough and sauce homemade in house.

- Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
- Bake a hand tossed pizza crust
- Make fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauces
- Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms)
- Cut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham and beef
- Monitor food stock and document items needed
- Use less traditional ingredients to appeal to a larger audience (for example, vegan cheese and gluten-free flour)
- Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment
