- As our Molding Technician based out of Oswego, IL, your major responsibilities will include but not limited to: performing various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the set-up, operation and maintenance of the plant molding machines and other equipment associated with the function of injection molding processes. Including troubleshooting of minor tooling and machine problems. While you set-up molds, waterlines, temperature controllers and other mold peripherals you will also start-up and cycle-in molds/processes according to process set-up sheets to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain and evaluate equipment and machine performance and perform effective preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. We pride ourselves on keeping our machines in good running condition. Mechanically inclined on injection molding machines
Reliable and Dependable
Able to work weekends (rotating)
Able to work overtime if needed
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Very familiar with injection molding machines, chillers, conveyors, etc.
Salary will depend on experience but very competitive
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of mechanical skills on injection molding machines
- Experience in plastics manufacturing is helpful
