Are you a Licensed Plumber? Do you specialize in Commercial Construction (New Build)? A well-established Mechanical Contractor in the Manchester, New Hampshire area that provides service to GC’s and Residential clients, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team full-time.

We have an immediate need for a well-qualified Project Manager to join a Mechanical Contractor in the Manchester, New Hampshire area.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this position include:

Must be a Licensed Plumber, New Hampshire license is desired.
5+ years of professional experience required.
Must have commercial construction and contracting experience.
Project will include Healthcare Buildings, Office Buildings, Schools, Multifamily Buildings, and more.
Plan, organize, and schedule project work, developing a project plan to track progress and identify discrepancies.
Manage employees and subcontractors through to the end of the project.
Prepare and submit monthly progress billings, confirming the percentage of project completion.
Client contact and coordination; must be organized, and focused on bringing projects in under budget, and on schedule.

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience.
