This is a contract position with a reputable company in Charlotte, NC.

Your day-to-day will incorporate working with Unit Managers, Corporate Teams and Technology Solution Vendors to Confirm New Technology Requests, Research Questions and Fulfill or Assign Requests to Appropriate Team Members for Completion.
- Microsoft Office/ Excel experience
- Strong Customer Service background
- Have leadership experience
