CityVet has modern facilities with a very established customer base and a strong staff. We are seeking a Veterinary Practice Manger to join our highly collaborative team of care givers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Mangers are responsible for the overall function of a CityVet Center and report to the Lead Veterinarian and the District Manager. Managers are expected to preserve brand standards, ensure Mission integrity for the business, and have accountability for maintaining the budget. The primary purpose and function of the Manager is to maximize the client experience, productivity of team members, financial results of the center and to ensure good communication with team members, clients, and Home Office. The Manager is ultimately responsible for the customer experience, personnel management, and the financial management of the practice. Managers are responsible for implementation and enforcement of all CityVet policies, standards, and procedures.
As a leader you are expected to foster a culture of individual responsibility, effective teamwork, and pride in a job well-done. You, along with the Veterinarians, are the most important role model in the CityVet Center. Leadership comes from the top. If you do things right, team members will see what’s important to you. They will watch your example. They will do what you do. What you do in moderation expect others to do in excess.
