Outstanding in your field? Are you ready to lead instead of just manage?
CityVet is looking for DYNAMIC Managers to join our growing team.
CityVet is a rapidly growing group of veterinarian-partnered and led practices in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Denver areas. Our mission is to provide a people-centered, complete pet care experience by treating people as we would like to be treated and their pets as our own through our Core Values and our Key Behaviors. Accomplishing this requires having the right team to bring our “Three Brands – One Mission” to life.
Three Brands. One Mission. Complete Pet Care.
CityVet is committed to being a client-centric, vet-recommended all-in-one pet care provider. Complete pet care includes high quality medical care, healthy food and treats, and even boarding and grooming.

CityVet has modern facilities with a very established customer base and a strong staff. We are seeking a Veterinary Practice Manger to join our highly collaborative team of care givers. If you are passionate about growing your career and committed to developing long term relationships with your team, clients, the community and CityVet Leadership, we would love to talk to you!
Our Mangers are responsible for the overall function of a CityVet Center and report to the Lead Veterinarian and the District Manager. Managers are expected to preserve brand standards, ensure Mission integrity for the business, and have accountability for maintaining the budget. The primary purpose and function of the Manager is to maximize the client experience, productivity of team members, financial results of the center and to ensure good communication with team members, clients, and Home Office. The Manager is ultimately responsible for the customer experience, personnel management, and the financial management of the practice. Managers are responsible for implementation and enforcement of all CityVet policies, standards, and procedures.
As a leader you are expected to foster a culture of individual responsibility, effective teamwork, and pride in a job well-done. You, along with the Veterinarians, are the most important role model in the CityVet Center. Leadership comes from the top. If you do things right, team members will see what’s important to you.
