Microsoft Office Suite is required (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc) 

Excellent written and oral communications in English are required 

Bilingual Spanish is desired but not required 

Database management system experience required 

Must be able to direct work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, utilize good judgment when dealing with personnel, and be discreet about confidential information. 

Must remain calm and maintain professionalism during difficult situations 

Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving

Education & Experience

High School Diploma/GED OR an equivalent combination of education and experience 

3 - 5 years in quality control/assurance

Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods 

Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing

Lift up to 25lbs

Carry up to 25lbs

Stand/walk
