Job Description: The Raytheon IIS Hardware and Infrastructure (HW&I) Engineering team has an immediate opening for an engineering Control Account Manager (CAM). As a CAM youll report to the HWI IPT Lead on the M2C2 Program. Responsibilities include: Cost & Performance monitoring/ reporting Variance analysis IMS schedule inputs Establishing time phased budgets for each control account Labor report monitoring (weekly) Accumulating earned value progress measures from Team members (Inch-stone development & maintenance) Performance input to Finance Proposal/ROM preparation ETC input Provides current and historical financial data in support of measurement and analysis Collects, generates and analyzes measurement data Audit support Inputs to Program level reviews You should possess an understanding of infrastructure and software development activities and the effort required to develop new capabilities while maintaining the current operational build. You will support the IPT Lead in scheduling, budgeting, and tracking of the overall IPT effort. An active US Government TS/SCI clearance is required as of day one for this position (US citizenship required). This position is eligible for a Sign on Bonus of up to $40k for a candidate with a current verifiable TS/SCI clearance that is hired by Raytheon. Required Skills: Experience as a CAM EVMS certification Experience working with Microsoft Project Experience working in a multi-discipline environment Experience planning technical programs and supporting systems development Knowledge of infrastructure engineering roles and functions, including concept of operations development, requirements management, functional analysis, interface definition and control, synthesis, and verification and validation Experience in planning, tracking and executing engineering activities through the full design lifecycle Ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and stakeholders in a professional and diplomatic manner Ability to lead change in process improvement, to include training and team communication Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management, particularly as it pertains to budgetary impacts Experience preparing formal Estimates at Complete (EACs) 8 years of related work experience required Desired Skills: Experience creating budgetary baselines for multiple control accounts Experience with Agile/SCRUM development Raytheon EVMS certification Proposal preparation and estimation process including BOE development Raytheon-certified BOE author ABET is the preferred, although not required, college/university accreditation standard Required Education: Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of related work experience IISBONUS 149444
