Your work will support the client and associate experience for Fidelitys Workplace Investing business. Workplace Investing (WI) helps millions of people save and invest through workplace savings plans. WI builds lifetime relationships with customers and provides employers with efficient, coordinated employee benefit solutions. The company serves customers online and over the phone. WI business constitutes of four different product lines Defined Contribution (DC), Defined Benefits (DB), Health & Welfare (HW) and Stock plan services (SPS).
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related major with 8 years of software development experience
Masters in Computer Science or related major with 5 years of software development experience
5 years of CRM development
Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and/or Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV 401)
Financial services experience and development experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Communities will be a differentiator.
The Skills You Bring
Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities
Demonstrable experience with Force.com development platform including configuration and customization using Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Components
Proven experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development.
Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces and data conversion
Experience in using agile methodologies and driving development platforms
Strong technical aptitude and personal ability to learn additional skills as required to solution business requirements.
Enthusiasm to give as an agile team member and to complete tasks outside of primary discipline, such as business analysis or quality testing, when needed for success of the team.
