Wealth Management Operations
Global Wealth Management Operations provides brokerage, investment and financial services to hundreds of thousands of individual investors. We apply our expertise in serving institutional clients to create new opportunities for people to achieve their personal financial goals. Morgan Stanley has one of the largest retail brokerage networks, with numerous worldwide representatives and retail locations. Our services are tailored to each client's investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Products include mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and alternative investments where appropriate, as well as banking, mortgages, insurance and annuities.
The Manager within the High Net Worth Lending Operations team, is responsible for supporting the Liquidity Access Line (LAL) product. The Manager will manage and support a team of analysts, as well as perform various responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
-Managing and carry out various projects and project related tasks
-Oversee and lead various trainings Lending Operations to perform daily responsibilities
-Oversee daily team output
-Provide control oversight for daily functions related to the department
-Acting as a liaison between Operations, Credit, Technology, and Product Owners
-Ability to identify inefficiencies/risks and develop appropriate controls
-Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple work streams and prioritize effectively
-Ability to lead and motivate people
-Ability to provide developmental feedback to junior staff to encourage personal and career growth
-Exercise sound judgement and analysis
-Strong writing, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
