Process Engineer - Intern
GLOBALFOUNDRIES has a 2021 Internship Position available at the Burlington Vermont site for a manufacturing engineer to work in a manufacturing engineering organization the supports the Factory daily operations. GLOBALFOUNDRIESmanufactures a wide variety of Foundry semiconductor products.
The FAB9 Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance organization is responsible for engineering support, development and continuous improvement of our factory operations.
This position is for a candidate that will graduate and be ready to enter the workforce within the next two years. This candidate must be enrolled in a BS/MS in Mechanical Eng, Chemical Eng, Electrical Eng, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering discipline.
Successful candidates will be comfortable leading improvement projects and working on a diverse team in a manufacturing environment. They will work in a dynamic collaborative environment requiring strong teaming skills with engineers, managers, technicians and production employees.
