Overall, the Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) Process Specialist will help ensure overall process adherence to squad deliverables. The PS will be the Agile team's Workflow Administrator, and will continually move projects along in smaller increments to avoid blocking progress of initiatives. This is done in a flexible, Agile setting.
-- This position requires working closely with Team management to review approaches and requirements that solve the business problem.
-- Must develop strong communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain our Agile team's model processes to key stakeholders.
-- Participate in regular meetings (with Application Development and EI service owners in each area) to review status and address issues.
-- Support one or more EI Business-Aligned Delivery squads. The PS will maintain and update Jira board(s) daily.
-- Track pending ServiceNOW (SNOW) tickets and escalate to EI managers when necessary.
-- Learn to navigate ServiceNOW (SNOW) application and to run SNOW reports.
-- Proficient in Excel, and may need to create Pivot tables.
-- Work with team Business Analysts to suggest, revise, and leverage Playbooks and User Guides.
-- Experience and familiarity, in multiple settings, with ServiceNOW, Jira, and SharePoint.
-- Expert in MS Office skills, with effective use PowerPoint and with Excel statistical functions such as pivot tables.
-- Flexible, proactive approach in tracking down resources to gather appropriate information.
-- Detail-oriented, excellent at follow-through on actions, and has a keen ability to prioritize and focus on most urgent tasks.
-- Clear communicator.
-- Project management-minded, and be aware of timelines.
-- Not afraid to raise issues or concerns to the Workflow Manager or the EI Lead.
