B.A. or equivalent work experience; minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
- Previous menu building and menu database experience. Direct experience with FoodPro preferred
- Previous experience within dining services preferred
- IT business applications experience
- Working knowledge of procurement best practices
- Ability to work with a set of diverse constituents and many difference purchasing categories.
- Ability to escalate issues to appropriate management levels and ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization with respect and professionalism
- Good demeanor and presence required
- Experience with LEAN and/or Process Excellence a plus
