We are presently seeking a Vice President and Product Business Analyst Lead to work within CCB Data Infrastructure – Customer Domain is responsible for driving critical cross-functional projects in support of designing, building, and implementing customer-centric assets for use across the firm.

Selected individual will partner as an Area Product Owner with technical teams, architecture, and Product Owner to support delivery of key customer domain deliveries.
Responsibilities will include:
Actively participate in Domain-Driven-Design sessions along with technical teams and architecture
Enable the management of data as a corporate asset: define data (metadata), identify systems of record and authoritative sources, create data quality rules, and administer firm-wide principles, standards, and controls
Develop strategic roadmaps for the customer domain that describe a sequence of projects to improve management, utility and availability of the data for the business
Identify areas for efficiency across data domains, such as the elimination of duplicate data or platforms
Profile, wrangle, and prepare data from diverse sources to support modernization efforts
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries and collaborate with colleagues
- Ability to liaise between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions
- Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting and resource planning
- Understanding of business needs, including how data is used and managed, and functional design
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
5+ years of experience as a lead or key participant on data infrastructure related efforts
Possess excellent analytical, technical, and oral communication skills
Self-motivated team player. Must possess the ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire needed information
Demonstrated expertise driving Agile and scrum technology delivery
Knowledge of version control tools and processes (e.g. Subversion, Git)
Understanding of Hadoop-related technologies & their applications
Hands-on experience with various data modeling techniques and tools
Excellent command of the SQL language
Must have ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and be comfortable manipulating and summarizing large quantities of data
