Product Manager - Manufacturing Solutions at Rogue Fitness

The Product Manager will own a large facet of the manufacturing operations technology.  This will include MRP, ERP, WMS, and custom applications to fit the operational needs.  You have to enjoy solving problems and figuring out how to win.

• Create the vision for the product direction and create a roadmap to work towards while aligning with company objectives
• Understand and enjoy the cost accounting/ROI of a project.  Using these tools to provide direction to the business
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Manage and oversee the daily activities of one to many manufacturing product owners
• Communicate with the product leadership team and end-users to deliver updates
• Research competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market     
• Provide management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests
• Specify and oversee the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA, or equivalent in experience
• Background in manufacturing or industrial systems preferred
• Proven experience in delivering or enhancing ERP/MRP/WMS systems of quality products that had customer impact
• 5+ years relevant experience providing solutions to manufacturing processes through technology to get to the next level
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
