Application security analysts use our platform to orchestrate tests, prioritize vulnerabilities, track remediation, and continuously assess security risks across the entire software lifecycle. Code Dx is currently seeking a passionate and highly energetic Product Manager to grow our team. The primary responsibility in this role will be to help shape and drive the roadmap across our product suite through a user-centered philosophy and deep knowledge of the competitive landscape. This person will serve as the voice of the user and develop, design and launch experiences that drive growth and engagement in our products. The ideal candidate will be able to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and work closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This position will work closely with, and report to, the CTO.

Product Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities
•Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for our clients. To do this, you will develop expertise in Code Dx and systems Code Dx interacts with, e.g. code / application scanners, elements of CI/CD pipeline, network security tools and other systems, as required.
•Cultivate a deep understanding of our users and the market at-large and advocate for solutions based on their needs and pain points.
•Offer data-driven insights about user engagement and propose features that have a meaningful impact on growth and engagement.
•Work with our CTO and leadership in Engineering, Marketing and Sales to define a roadmap and prioritize based on impact and business need.
•Generate detailed documentation, communicate these requirements to the appropriate teams and ensure timely cross- functional execution.
•Partner with the design team to develop a cohesive user experience across all member touchpoints.
•Participate in agile rituals such as daily standups, grooming, planning and retrospectives.
•Work with a dedicated team of software engineers to scope, plan, and execute the short-term development queue, as well as planning out and executing our longer-term development roadmap.
•Develop deep relationships with stakeholders throughout the business and ensure there is alignment with the wider strategy of the organization.
Product Manager Job Requirements and Qualification
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of product management or equivalent experience with a complex technical product with deep security requirements.
•Exceptional communication skills, especially the ability to convey complex technical concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
•Experience working with cybersecurity, particularly management of vulnerabilities and remediation.
•Experience with Application Security – such as knowledge or experience with application penetration testing, running static and dynamic analyses, DevSecOps, etc.
•Ability to create strong user-centered consumer experiences.
•Knowledge of open source, static analysis and dynamic tools as well as commercial tools such as Fortify, AppScan, Veracode, Synopsys Coverity, Checkmarx, Sonatype, etc.
•Experience with computer programming.
