You will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of key capabilities that span across one or more of our products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the vision, roadmap and delivery of key initiatives across more than one product
- Create functional requirements for the Engg team in an Agile environment
- Lead meetings and drive consensus among stakeholders on solutions
- Work with Account Managers / customers to understand problems, prioritize effectively and execute
- Ensure we ship on time and that every part of the organization is prepared for the roll out
- Operate in a fast-paced environment
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in software product management role where you have been responsible for making decisions and evaluating success
- Excellent written and oral communication - be it with the CEO, an Engineer or an Account/Sales representative
- Ability to learn complex products and ideas quickly
- Experience in recruitment advertising is a definite plus
