We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader who is passionate about technology, innovation and advertising to join our Advertising Personalization and Platform team. The Product Marketing Lead will support a team of Product Marketers to formulate and drive product strategy alongside other cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering and Design. The PMM Lead and their team will be responsible for understanding market requirements of the internal and external partners building on our platform in addition to developing a strategic vision of how we continue to grow our advertising and marketing partner ecosystem. A successful candidate must have experience working with PMM, sales and partner channels to drive successful product growth in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. They must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision making under uncertainty. This is a full-time position based in our Seattle, WA office. **Required Skills:** 1. Lead, manage and develop a team of highly skilled Product Marketers 2. Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with peer leads in Product Management, Engineering, and Design 3. Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering 4. Develop and then demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader Facebook ecosystem to influence strategic product direction and positioning 5. Lead market segmentation and opportunity assessment efforts to prioritize product development, solutions, and narratives to better connect with our client's needs 6. Partner to drive efficient go-to-market launches as a part of a cross-functional team 7. Develop effective client beta programs and launches 8. Create and enable world-class product marketing communications, including sales-facing materials and training 9. Drive product adoption and usage by developing and managing detailed, long-term growth plans **Minimum Qualifications:** 10. BA/BS degree 11. 10+ years experience in a startup or corporate environment with at least 4 of those years' experience in product management, product marketing or related field 12. Proven track record of developing, managing and growing teams 13. Quantitative analytical and communication experience 14. Experience working in a cross-functional team based capacity **Preferred Qualifications:** 15. Masters degree 16.
