We build all of the custom products that supports Facebookers through every step of their career journey, as well as products that better support managers and the management of Facebook. We are pursuing a new state of the art in people products; products that are high quality and data driven, and that let us develop our workforce faster and better than our industry peers. We're looking for visionary product leaders to develop a product marketing function on our People Products team to help us evaluate new opportunities as we expand our portfolio. In this role, you will reimagine enterprise software and build highly leveraged products for Facebook's employees, focusing on areas such as performance, professional and personal growth, people management, organizational health, and org design. Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the view of the market internally with product management, engineering, and business leaders with a focus on enterprise software 2. Help us decide when we should build vs. buy solutions to better support our business 3. Define investment proposals and drive consensus with product management, engineering, and business leaders 4. Ability to transition into leading and managing a team of product marketing managers over time **Minimum Qualifications:** 5. BA/BS degree 6. 5+ years work experience in either product marketing, product management, strategy or consulting 7. Quantitative analytical experience 8. Experience synthesizing analysis and communicating concepts 9. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results 10. Communication and presentation experience **Preferred Qualifications:** 11. MBA 12. Experience working in a product marketing capacity (partnered closely with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements and with sales to support product launches) 13.
