Aerojet Rocketdyne is currently seeking a Production Scheduler to join our team in Redmond, Washington. You will be a part of our Scheduling and Material Planning team which networks across all departments and plays a key role from proposal to product delivery.We are looking for a highly analytical, self-motivated, and organized individual. Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each)
Working under general supervision:
40% - Responsible for establishing, maintaining and providing a detailed scheduling context and analysis to production and support areas. Responsible for development and alignment on recovery plans or options.
30% - Analysis of WIP Activities and maintains accurate order completion dates and responsible for the status and up to date context of all production activities. Key contributor to the production readiness activities.
20% - Assist the Master Scheduler in MPS activity and the development of visual management scheduling tools to ensure proper tracking of key deliverables to plan.
10% - Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management/Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or other Technical Degree and at least 6 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.

- Operations, Scheduling, and Engineering Value Stream experience or demonstrated willingness to learn.
- MS Office
- Prior Oracle/Delmia/Windchill experience.
- Demonstrated Lean experience or certification.
- Willingness to learn Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as Delmia, ASCP, Oracle Enterprise Business Suite, etc.
