Project manage the analysis, development, testing, rollout and training for Client Onboarder functionality across Global Markets.
Work with key stakeholders to define priorities for development & implementation and drive execution.
Maintain the cross organizational project plan and provide escalation to appropriate teams
Manage key stakeholder updates and ensure appropriate project governance
Drive execution of the project plan and ensure accountability across the organization
Ensure the implementation of enterprise change standards for the given book of work
Proactively monitor impact of the project deliverables on BAU processes, client experience and adherence to regulations.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and lead across various levels of management.
- Candidate will need to be highly organized and self-motivated to successfully execute the multi-year projects that span a large number of businesses and stakeholders.
- Prior experience creating materials and presenting to senior executive audience is a must.
- Candidate should have a track record of successfully navigating complex organizations to drive and implement change successfully.
- Project Management experience (5-10yrs) with prior capital markets experience.
