**Introduction** **Your Role and Responsibilities** The Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) owns IBM’s IT strategy and provides the tools that IBMers use to perform their jobs. We call that our “corporate mobile service plan,” or “CMSP” for short. Delivering CMSP spans various responsibilities from understanding the mobile needs of the workforce, understanding mobile industry trends and opportunities to drive value for the enterprise, negotiating with mobile operators, provisioning services to the workforce, and managing the program end-to-end, across planning, delivery, controls, financials, supplier relationship management and end user satisfaction. Your role, as a CMSP manager, is to own the program for Latin America, in partnership with a small team located in North Castle, New York. In this role, you’ll work with others in the CIO organization, IBM Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR, other CMSP managers, product owners, and third-party suppliers. Together with the global team, you’ll influence CMSP strategy, and, with a subset of the team, you’ll manage the operational delivery of CMSP for Latin America. **Job Responsibilities include:** + Sourcing mobile services and devices, in partnership with Procurement, to deliver high value services to IBM workers at competitive cost within the market. + Managing the relationship with suppliers, including identification of opportunities for enhanced services, supplier performance management, and supplier delivery issue management + Provisioning mobile services and devices, including refresh of devices and rolling out new service plans + Financial management, including planning for device upgrades and interlocking the business model and cost with Finance, review of supplier invoices, maintaining a view of financial obligations, managing bonuses, credits and billing disputes + End user support, including resolution of end user inquiries and mobile requests, escalations, and developing plans for user-focused program enhancements + Project implementation, including pilots of new services, working with suppliers on their plans for delivering in-building coverage solutions, bulk boarding of users onto CMSP as part of acquisitions, and bulk off boarding as part of divestitures, compliance with regulation and IBM policy IBM will not be providing visa sponsorship for these positions now or in the future.
