As an operations leader in Research, you'll have the opportunity to apply your leadership and administrative talents to advancing discovery thus bringing hope, fresh answers, improved patient care and better health to our patients.
In this position, youll be responsible for managing the research operations of a department, division and/or center in a large and complex academic medical center. No day is the same for our Operations Managers. You will leverage your knowledge of finance, human resources, project management, quality and process improvement to facilitate the work of leading clinician investigators and scientists in advancing their research programs and developing innovative solutions for the unmet needs of patients.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare field with two years of management experience.
Master's degree preferred.
You'll bring strong leadership, a desire to collaborate, an innovative spirit, and problem-solving skills. We'll bring a culture of collaboration and innovation within the support of an institution with over 150 years of service to healthcare.
Experience in a research environment preferred.
Exemption status Exempt
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $3,449.60, based on a full-time position.
