- Award winning firm with US and international work seeks Project Architect / Project Manager. Must be confident working in teams; show initiative, quality-control and follow-through in working method. Skilled production / coordination of documents essential
-Min. 5 years’ experience as PM or PA, commercial and multi-family housing is a plus
-Zoning review, feasibility planning, and site studies desired
-Must maintain project schedule
-Experienced in coordination of consultants
-Coordinate drawings and specifications w/ studio team
-Perform quality control reviews
-Revit and Autocad proficiency required
-Active in generating drawings, all Phases
-Skilled in materials and systems research
