An exciting Bay Area company is looking for a project assistant to help accomplish the goals of a few ongoing projects. The company is seeking a self-driven professional with the ability to multitask and adapt within a fast-paced environment. The position will be challenging but has the potential for growth as the project assistant establishes themselves as a key member of the team. As the project assistant, daily responsibilities will be constantly changing to fit the objectives of that point in time. Responsibilities include:
- Data-Entry
- Correspondence through phone and email
- Scheduling
- Reports
- Handling paperwork and e-documents
