United States of America - California, Los Angeles **Job Summary** AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Project Controls Specialist for immediate employment for the Los Angeles, CA office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects. This position will work closely the Department Manager, Project Managers, and the Senior Project Controller. Duties and responsibilities include: + Assists in the collection of progress data and review of performance trends. Identifies initial trends, areas of concern, and recommendations. + Assists with the development and maintenance of work breakdown structures, schedules, and cost estimates. + Provides support for tracking purchase orders and subcontract commitments and expenditures. + Review weekly and monthly reports and prioritize action items. + Develop various progress reports for management and clients. + Evaluate monthly invoices against contract requirements. + Assist Project Managers with cash flow management. + Provide general department coordination, logistics and administration. **Minimum Requirements** BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education **Preferred Qualifications** + 1-2 years' experience + Basic knowledge of project management **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future .
