Project Coordinator needed for growing Winston-Salem based law firm!
This role will enhance attorney effectiveness by managing and tracking case information, as well as managing attorneys' calendars.
Job Duties include:
-Managing case database in Excel
-Tracking and updating subsidiary information
-Preparing annual reports
-Managing calendar for multiple attorneys
-Providing general administrative support for practice as needed
This position requires previous experience in a law office environment. Experience with corporate law, registered agents, state regulations and/or employment law is strongly preferred. Candidates must have experience entering and managing data in MS Excel, and must demonstrate strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, and possess a Bachelor's degree.
