Assists in the execution of various aspects of research operations, with limited direction from project lead. May include related tasks, assisting with study design, coordination with field and/or data capture and production departments. Requires some client contact. Performs all duties according to project requirements and MaritzCX's Quality Management System to meet or exceed client expectations.

30% PROJECT MANAGEMENT: (1) Performs day-to-day project execution activities demonstrated through a thorough understanding of the project and the project management requirements. (2) Independently leads small initiatives and/or projects which may include the interaction with other individuals/groups, and the follow-through and resolution needed for completion. (3) Develops ongoing process improvements for specific job-related tasks. (4) Generates reports and/or communicates ad-hoc information requested by clients.
30% QUALITY ASSURANCE (FIELD MONITORING, DATA VERIFICATION/ REPORTING/TABBING): (1) Reviews reports for accuracy and quality by checking tabulations, prepares data tables and reports. (2) Monitors/audits data collection activities to ensure that the activities are completed according to project plan. (3) Prepares report specifications and compiles data, with input from project leadership and/or client.
20% PERFORM FIELD TASKS AS DIRECTED: (1) Communicates and documents project specifications (2) Coordinates execution details with interviewing, coding and data processing supervisors. (3) Creates and completes ongoing processes required to support projects (i.e., hot alert systems and other proprietary processing systems such as MARS, CMDR, V2, etc.). (4) Conducts interviewer/field briefings.
10% DESIGN/LAUNCH ACTIVITIES: (1) Drafts field portion of Detailed Specifications Document. (2) Creates field-ready questionnaires, briefing materials, and testing. (3) Makes sample and questionnaires field-ready, with supervision from project lead, for all data collection methodologies.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE: (1) Maintains project files. Creates and maintain associated documentation. (2) Maintains calendars and project status tracking documents. (3) Monitors project costs to ensure that actual costs are within reasonable limits of estimated costs. (4) Monitors project schedules for ongoing tasks (5) Coordinates/communicates project inputs/outputs across departments (6) Track materials inventory as needed (7) Travels to various areas for client meetings or to review and/or supervise research projects. (8) Assists in quoting marketing research projects. (9) May assist managers in cost balancing and invoicing the project to the client.
- Minimum of Bachelor's preferred or 3 years experience in related professional field required.
