The essential duties include the distribution and maintenance of the flow of documents, records, files, reports, and other information applicable to multiple projects. This includes the proper controls of such information within the company and external to the company. These duties incorporate the adherence to standard Trautman & Shreve forms and procedures as well as the other duties that may be assigned. At times the specific daily tasks may vary by project type, project requirements, and project schedule.

Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Lotus notes, Internet
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must prioritize in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
Must have demonstrated ability to perform basic business mathmatical functions
Must work with minimum supervision
Must effectively manage time and details
Must interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Must have organizational skills in handling and archiving technical data
Must comply with all policies, procedures, plans, and programs
Must be dependable and punctual
Prefer two to three years experience in a construction environment as a project engineer or project coordinator
Basic knowledge of safety, Accounting, Purchasing, and organizational skills
