- To be part of the Service Now Core team
- Experience in managing ServiceNow platform upgrade
- Evaluation of new version in the non-production instance followed by production instance
- Familiar with migration activities as a project manager
- Experience in managing ServiceNow integration scenarios where the ServiceNow needs to connect with vendors ' ticketing system leading to seamless system flow from one to another
- Managing the project plan
- Collaborating with teams internally and externally
- Managing diverse stakeholders
- PMP certified
