In our NYC, L2, Gartner office, we are seeking an individual to work on our Advisory Strategy and Operations team, reporting to the Head of Advisory Strategy for L2. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fluid environment and driving internal consensus around key product decisions.
Orchestrate : Ensure effective data management and reporting on key metrics for Advisory operations (Salesforce, Siebel, Microsoft PowerBI)
Analyze: Create reports and analyze data for patterns that indicate problems that need to be addressed or opportunities to investigate.
Cross Pollinate: Review logged activity in Salesforce and work closely with internal Advisors teams to understand current and future analysis needs, share best methods and create cross-sector analysis and collaboration opportunities
Influence: Work with L2 Leadership team to influence product offering to drive upsell and renewals
Educate: Work with Head of Advisor Strategy to continually assess skills gap amongst teams and create (or source from third parties) content to improve knowledge (SEO, Web Design, Social Media Marketing, etc)
Collaborate Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, marketing, advisory, research, data, product, and other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives

Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.com, with hands-on Salesforce re-launch or Implementation experience.

Advanced in Microsoft Excel and proficient other MS Office tools for managing data.
- 3-4 Years Experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Strategy Role at a high growth startup, consultancy, or industry research firm
