Therapeutic Associates' Oregon Regional Office is seeking a full-time Provider Enrollment/Office Clerk.
This position serves as a key support for a coalition of physical therapy clinics across three states by managing multiple aspects of the provider application process and troubleshooting provider contract and application issues. A large component of this position entails providing general clerical assistance and customer service to a physical therapy provider network and TAI’s central billing office staff.
The administrative duties of this position include ensuring that provider contracts and government applications are accurately completed with all necessary information and submitted or refiled in timely manner to g overnment entities, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, managed care organizations and ancillary providers and necessary information is obtained from these same agencies to resolve contract issues. Additionally, the [name of position] will maintain and derive data from multiple reference resources and databases.

- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years' experience providing customer service and clerical support in an office environment within the healthcare industry preferred.
- Prefer managed care clerical or customer service experience.
