Florida State Hospital, an inpatient state facility serving men and women, is seeking a Florida licensed psychologist who functions as Chief Psychologist for the Civil Services Department, and has functional oversight of all psychological services within Civil Services. A wide range of individuals are served at this site to include adults committed per F.S., Chapter 394 (Civil Commitment) or per F.S., Chapter 916 (Forensic Commitment). This is a highly responsible administrative and consultative position that reports to the Chief of Civil Nursing Services, in addition to providing psychological consultation to other members of the hospital executive team.
