You will be responsible for facilitating intervention sessions with patients and their families, and provide consultations to veterans, family members and community providers. You will work closely with team members to prepare materials for intervention sessions and complete required clinical documentation and electronic data entry, progress notes and all additional required documentation to assist with coordination of the intervention.
PhD or PsyD in Psychology or related fields;Psychologist license required
2 year post doc experience required
Experience inthe area of military, veterans, family, trauma, prevention and/or research.
Experienceworking successfully in a team environment. Ability to work effectively andclosely with other members of the clinical and research teams.
Experiencedelivering trauma informed behavioral interventions to clients in individualand particularly group settings.
Skill indeveloping rapport with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
Ability toadminister assessment protocols.
Ability towork independently and report to supervisors and leadership on a regular basisand in a timely manner.
Must havevalid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to an automobile.
Flexible hourssome evenings and weekends.
Proficient inMicrosoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access. Ability to follow University Policyand Procedures.
