Manageand oversee the implementation of a health services intervention whichincludes:
Supervision of all IRB correspondence (UCLA and collaborating sites)
Supervision of all clinical and research staff, including oversight of training and work of the site manager
Provide weekly clinical supervision and be available by phone to supervisees
Meet regularly with clinic administrators and staff as the intervention is implemented
Manage deployment and implementation of the kiosks and web system at the site.
Problem-solve all barriers to implementation of the service
Randomize subjects and oversee data collection
Oversee development of any medical informatics developed as part of the new service
Write reports as needed to the funding agency
Lead and participate in manuscript development
Doctoral degree in psychology.
Minimum of five years as a licensed psychologist (clinical) in the State of California and maintenance of California licensure at all times after the hire date.
Prior experience in training and supervising trainees with mental health degrees.
Prior experience managing and training staff, including research and clincial staff.
Demonstrated experience in health services research.
Considerable experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, including schizophrenia.
Demonstrated experience working with administrators and providers in mental health clinics.
Demonstrated experience working with or supervising consumer providers.
Experience and demonstrated competence in preparation of meeting agendas and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent oral and written skills, including the ability to write and edit manuscripts.
