Under general direction, provides patient care services requiring psychological evaluation and recommendations, testing and behavior modifications; participates in a variety of psychiatry training and related programs. 1.?Evaluates patient and/or renders requested services and makes recommendations to treating physician. 2.??Provides various psychological services including psychological testing, behavioral modifications, relaxation training, biofeedback, group therapy, child management classes and in-house training for student psychologists and participation in training for the advancement of knowledge in the field of psychiatry and psychology. 3.??Participates in group therapy and provides supervision for group therapist as necessary. 4.??Administers psychological testing and psycho-diagnostic testing and related services. 5.?Participates in in-service training and establishes and maintains relationships with authorized universities regarding educational purposes. 6.???Assists in the review of psychological programs to assure the quality of care, regarding of relevant data, rotation of various staff through programs and revision and modification of policies. 7.??Assists in the compilation of budgets, establishment of policies and maintenance of essential supplies for testing purposes. 8. Promotes guest relations; anticipates and responds to needs of others; provides assistance in a courteous, quick manner; treats others with care and respect, maintaining privacy, confidentiality and dignity. 1. Doctorate degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited university. 2. State of Michigan licensure to practice as a Psychologist. 3. One to two years of teaching experience at the university level and/or clinical experience in a psychological facility. [BRASSRING IMPORT 11/4/16]
