Are you passionate about helping people? Want to work in private practice but would like the support of a group? Not sure about all the marketing? Our group practice at the Relationship Therapy Center might be just right for you! We are growing and are the premier place for couples counseling in the Greater Sacramento area (Roseville and Fair Oaks). Great customer service, great clinical skills in a beautiful setting help our clients heal, grow and love well! We see many successful professionals who need help in their personal relationships.
We are a team of licensed therapists that love collaborating and offering support - even if we are not always on site together. Our practice is entirely paperless and we use very easy electronic health records. This is an ideal opportunity for the therapist who always wanted private practice but just didn't want the loneliness of private practice.
We are seeking a compassionate, effective, part-time, licensed clinician in our Roseville and Fair Oaks group practice to see clients daytimes, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Our clients are primarily couples so the ideal candidate enjoys helping couples and has some couples experience. We are focused on Gottman Method, but will also be open to EFT focus and also someone that has EMDR or Brainspotting experience (as we also see individuals).
We do the marketing, provide the space and systems, do most of the admin, pay for your Psychology Today profile and part of your smart phone bill - all for you so you can focus on doing therapy.
We hope to be your next home.
At least 12 EVENING hours per week plus 4 to 6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday available to see clients. Our primary clients are couples, so couples/systems training is necessary (or willing to learn). Opportunity to grow into many more hours as we grow the practice.
Candidates must not have their own private practice or work in another group practice.
Salary is based on experience.
Cell phone and Psychology Today reimbursement
Paid training after 90 days
