AAA Northern New England is seeking a career-minded individual for our Public Affairs & Driving School Administrative Assistant opportunity in Portland, Maine. The chosen candidate will be responsible for administrative duties, answering phones, returning email, maintaining and updating the enrollment databases, processing payments, preparing deposits, maintaining monthly reports to the States of Maine and New Hampshire., handling customer complaints, recording student appointments and cancellations, and providing a overview of courses available to new students.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be highly motivated and organized
- Must have excellent verbal, written, facilitation, presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Additional skills such as Power Point and Publisher desired.
