-Junior Android/iOS QA Engineer
-QA Customer Ambassador
-Looking for an QA Customer Ambassador to join our telecom clients within their New Product Development and Device Technology organization.
-He/She will work with multiple vendors to ensure applications are optimized, review future releases and relate the impacts to team members and business units.
-This role also involves effectively monitoring JIRA issues and reporting customer defects to developers and external partners In order to quickly address VOC.
-He/She will be responsible for collecting and analyzing app/device logs and reporting to defect Management.
-He/She will act as a point of contact for external/internal customers managing JIRA defects, support documents, and reports.
-This role will also involve review of UX Visuals, Testing Application flow, and supporting usability trials.
-Good written communication skills both English & Spanish
-Strong analytical ability to diagnose customer defects and provide solutions.
-PowerPoint presentations skills
-Actively monitor defects on a daily basis and proactively respond.
-Mobile Experience with iOS/Android Ability to respond to customer request, diagnose issues, and respond to general user support for internal/external customers.
-Ability to write technical documents for mobile applications
-Excel experience preparing and formatting of data using pivot tables and formulas (including, but not limited to VLOOKUP, IF, TRIM, and SUBSTITUTE).

-Project Management- responsible for managing the test campaign deadlines and following up with internal teams including Product Leads and Marketing as well as some Software Vendors outside
