Role: POS QA Tester (x3)
Duration: 6-12+ month contract with potential to hire
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Interviews: 1 round onsite interview on Monday- 11/12 or Tuesday - 11/13. All candidates must interview onsite. No phone or Skype.

Apex Systems is looking for 3 POS QA Testers in Columbus, Ohio.
- This position will be primarily focused on testing POS systems (Point of Sale Systems)
- Execution of Functional and System Integration testing
- Participate in the definition of Use Case and supporting Test Case scenarios
- Create / update Test Scripts to facilitate documented Test Cases.
- Proactively identify functional, technical and integration related defects.
- Preform preliminary trouble shooting of defects to facilitate quick resolution
- Documentation of defects utilizing HP Quality Center
- Effectively communicate issues and risks in addition to daily testing status
- Identify business process implications / workarounds
- 4+ years of manual QA testing experience
- Must have prior POS testing experience (Aloha is preferred)
- Must be comfortable working on a team or independently
- Must have experience using test management tools, such as HP Quality Center
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, environment
