Job Description Summary
Great contract opportunity in our state-of-the art Cell Therapy business.
Perform project management, identifying QC responsibilities, work to be performed and timelines pertaining to transfer of Cell Therapy technologies to Lonza. Understand regulatory requirements and Lonza policies pertaining to the area of responsibility. Ensure Quality Control policies or procedures are appropriate and establish and/or revise, as necessary. Collaborate and prioritize with QC leaders, other departments and/or customers to create an achievable work schedule and to ensure agreed upon timelines are met. Measures appropriate metrics and report them to management. Perform other duties as assigned.
BS Degree and advanced degree (MS) preferred.
5+ years of GMP/Professional environment with 3 years direct project management experience.
Effectively presents information and ideas formally and informally, verbally and in writing to others in a manner that facilitates understanding. Able to communicate status, needs, forecasts, risks and timelines effectively to management. Displays a clear willingness to listen to others. Has good interpersonal skills and works interdepartmentally in an effective manner to achieve objectives. Shows commitment and dedication and strives to be ahead of schedule. Is not afraid to make decisions for the group. Demonstrates an ability to find creative solutions to issues and obstacles.
