Summary of Accountabilities:
-Supports CCA Clinical Services and CCA Operations and Quality Improvement Team in their effort to monitor outcomes and create ongoing performance improvement initiatives at CCA.
- Work as a member of the CCA Team to study and monitor care processes in a quality infrastructure and use data to drive ongoing performance improvement throughout CCA.
-Must be able to supply data, and critically review metrics; data should permit evaluation of opportunities to implement change and monitor ongoing results of clinical quality outcomes.
-Collaborate with Medical Director, COO, Med Director for Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), HIT Infrastructure, and Quality Director on ongoing opportunities for improvement in Quality, Risk Reduction, Patient Outcomes; this may be in response to regulatory, payor, entity & health system requests as it relates to clinical quality.
Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 2 years experience with a working knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication sills, approachable work style and a willingness to take on complex organizational and clinical reporting issues is required.
Strong/solid skills with computers, spreadsheets and databases.
Proficiency in software applications that include, but are not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to write/manage Structured Query Language (SQL) queries and reports; at least with Access or Microsoft SQL Server and preferably with Crystal Reports. Healthcare background helpful but not essential.
Working knowledge of EPIC would be helpful but not required (Would require three day course at Epic in Ambulatory Clarity Fundamentals)
Must be highly organized with the ability to work well with people. Must have ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.
Will be required to meet with large groups and organize meetings to support CEQI.
