Job DescriptionKelly Services has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Support Technician to complete controlled document management and document routing. This position is also responsible for providing general administrative support to the Quality Assurance department.
Essential job functions:
* Manages the controlled document control program, ensuring compliance to procedures, issuing SOPs, and updates issue logs.
* Assemble data produced by data by other departments to create product Certificate of Analysis (COA)
* Participate in internal audits, supports change management processes, and supports MMR creation and revision process where needed.
* Monitors activities to ensure compliance with GMPs and established procedures, and take corrective action as needed.
To perform this job successfully, candidates will have at least one year of Quality Assurance/Control or regulated administrative experience. Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A high school diploma or GED is required.
