Education/Experience:

Previous experience in wine industry helpful but not required

Strong Cellar background

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

All processing operations, materials usage, equipment needs

Work independently

Read and understand Process orders

Separate and identify all wine additives

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Lift up 75 lbs.

Occasional overhead reach

Occasional stoop, squat position

Frequently walking

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Moving machinery

Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, smoke or other substances

Moderate noise level

Outdoor climate

 

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear when in production facility
